The mission of Hannah’s Helping Hands HHC, LLC., is to provide utmost quality care in patient’s home. To deliver professional and compassionate care to patients and families. Our company seeks to succor patients and families to recover from physical or health disability. We are dedicated to accomplishing not only physical services, but mental and emotional needs of patients and their families to preserve dignity and prevent from further disability and unnecessary hospital admissions. We are dedicated team of health care professionals to help patients preserve physical ability and independence in patient’s homes. We seek to provide patient-centered care in a manner where it is cost effective for patients and families.

ABOUT US:
Hannah’s Helping Hands Home Health Care is an independent company, women and minority-owned small business. Although the company has been established since year 2020, the owner Mikhaile Ramos has been in the health care industry, both administrative field and inpatient settings for 10 years. She named the company after her daughter’s name Hannah Akemi. She believed that her daughter was a miracle baby and blessing and she wants to share this to her patients and the community. Mikhaile or Mika was awarded Daisy Reward in New Mexico that represents nationwide as one of the most caring and compassionate health care providers.
Our mission is to provide the exemption care for patients and families and that they will never be apart of the comfort of their own homes.
We are not only as team of health care providers, but a FAMILY. We strive to provide the utmost level of care that your loved one deserves. Our principle is clients ALWAYS come first. We are a dedicated team of health care professionals to help patients preserve physical ability and independence in patient’s homes.
